End Use College Library Client Kraus-Anderson / St. Paul Division Architect BWBR Architects St. Paul, Minnesota Perspective An aesthetically pleasing structure with modern design and detailing. The exterior finish of brick and prefinished panels provides for a low maintenance exterior that complements the campus environment. Features A cast-in-place concrete basement with three levels of post-tensioned concrete decking provide the 68,000 square feet of above-ground parking space. The brick exterior with metal composite panels accent the modern design features. The post-tensioned concrete portion of the structure was completed, footing to roof deck, in a fast-track period of 12 weeks.
