At Centennial Office Park, there are a total of four buildings. Each of the 154,000 square foot buildings have seven supported concrete decks with full basements. During the construction of Centennial I, Kelleher completed the concrete work in twelve weeks, with an additional two weeks to finish the 75,000 square foot parking ramp. |
